Repair & Cleaning

Repair Guidelines:

~ All repair wigs must be cleaned before they are dropped off at the salon/office. We unfortunately no longer offer cleaning services for wigs. If upon receipt of wig there is still glue around the perimeter you will be accessed a $25 - $40 fee depending on how much adhesive/glue needs to be removed in order to ship the wig for repair.

~ All repairs must be paid for when the wig is mailed or dropped off at the salon/office.

Once you make payment please include a copy of the invoice in your box if the wig is being shipped; if it is being dropped off please bring the invoice with you when you drop the wig off.

Wigs that are not cleaned before submission will be accessed a $40 cleaning fee.

Repair return turn-around times can take from four (4) weeks - eight (8) weeks. The return calculation is based on the speed and workload of the technicians at the factory in China. Currently we do not ventilate full lace wigs here in our US location. However, this is something we are working towards and will let customers know in the upcoming future.
