Please Call for RETURN Authorization Number and Approvalng these steps:

You must obtain a RA Number before sending your unit back to us. Once fax or email is received you will be sent your RA Number.

Customer Satisfaction is our Guarantee - Our goal is to satisfy, it is for this reason that we offer all our customers the option to return unaltered merchandise. Wigs must have lace attached to be returned.

The wig/unit cannot be altered in anyway (do not remove lace, wash unit, comb or brush unit or chemically process unit.) Once unit is received you will be credited your funds minus shipping and re-stocking fee.

All returns must be sent via USPS. It is suggested but not required that you insure your package for at least $400 and request signature confirmation. However, we do not honor the return if it is lost or stolen. All returns with the RA# should be sent to the following address:
