I want to thank you for being there with me through my experience with the other vendor I was dealing with…..The unit (from ForGirlsLikeUs) is light as you stated and it looks so natural. I will not be returning to weaves or braids, this is my miracle solution. I want to again thank you for all your help and also helping me to remaining calm when I wasn’t. You coached me on what to do and how to do it. I’ve talked to other vendors but they were not helping my situation so something told me to give you a call. When I first talked with you before all this started happening, I could tell that you are a sincere person and you care about customer’s needs. You didn’t try to sell me your product knowing what I was going through like other vendors I talked to you again and again. I hope you continue great success in your company’s endeavors and don’t forget the next two months I will be ordering a curly or wavy unit from you.

I would like to say "Thank You" for your professionalism and superb customer care! I am a stickler for customer service and I will commit to being a customer for as long as I am wearing lacefront units or have a need for your other products! I am very new to wearing lacefronts (1 month) and I have already been burned by two vendors for accessory products so my patience, understanding and tolerance were pretty low and your business was my last option. Another bad experience and I was throwing a beautiful $500 lacefront in the bottom of the closet and saying to hell with it! But oh my, you have redeemed my expectations of pure, solid, business practices!

I received my shipment today, as you promised. With every single solitary item included plus a bootful of goodies and treats. You are wonderful and a true blessing to those of us who are already frustrated with trying to get a fierce application and are suffering anxiety as it is. You took away the stress by providing me almost immediately with a tracking number even though I ordered in the late evening hours. I have many friends that are in my head trying to figure this hair thing out and the few that I am sharing my secret with are getting your information as a bonus.

This is probably the most incredible online merchant that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I purchased a wig box for $40 at their online Yahoo store. I chose the cheapest shipping option available (Parcel Post) for $10. The next day, the merchant called me to let me know that she was including some freebies with the order, but they were in the envelope outside the box and that she was calling to let me know since she didn't want me to simply throw the envelope away thinking that it was just spare packing material. Wow. Then, I mentioned that I happened to need some hair nets to go under the wig and wondered if she sold any. She said she'd throw those in for free too. And she mentioned that she threw in a few Styrofoam head to go into the wig box also. AMAZING! As if that wasn't all, she upgraded me to UPS Express shipping for free and I received everything the next business day!

She had also mentioned that the item that I ordered was not exactly the item that she was going to ship. It turned out that when she received the shipment of wig cases that I saw advertised on her website, it was not of the quality that she expected. The merchant said, "I will not sell anything that I would not use or wear myself." So, she ended up sending me a different, but similar, wig box of better quality. But since she felt that she was making a swap on me, she ended up REFUNDING half my payment!!!

So, even though her original price ($40) was cheaper than anything else I could find on the internet (most other sites advertised the same thing for $100), she charged me only $20 plus $10 shipping. And I got a TON
of free things along with that far exceeded the value of what I paid.

I could not believe how wonderful this merchant was. This is customer service at its finest. And I will be sure to buy all my wig products from them again.
